You Can Help

F.O.C.C.A.S is a group of concerned citizens of all ages, talents and abilities who volunteer their time, ideas, skills, and money for the betterment of the county's sheltered and abused animals. Perhaps you'd like to help in the office, repair the chain link fencing,  bathe and groom dogs, play with the dogs in the yard, teach them obedience basics, assist with kennel cleaning, take animal photos, submit photos to newspapers, etc.

Not everyone has time to physically volunteer but maybe you have some great ideas that could help the animals. There are no club dues, no fees to pay.  Please call 530-458-0247, or send us an e-mail.  We'd love to hear from you.

HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER WITH FOCCAS?

You may pick up a FOCCAS Volunteer Form at the animal shelter office. The address and hours are the same as noted above. We are looking for people who can research and write grants, coordinate our blanket drive in the winter, research new animal products and compare prices, maybe give a talk to the school kids, the list goes on. How would you like volunteer? It’s up to you, we would love to hear your ideas.

HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER AT THE SHELTER?
